Privacy

Your photo is processed in your browser. The crop, background removal, manual adjustments and downloads happen on your device; we do not upload your photo to our servers to make the passport image.

We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe receives the payment details needed to complete checkout and confirm whether payment succeeded. We do not store your full card details.

We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and improve the product. We also receive standard technical information that browsers and hosting providers need to serve the site, such as request times, pages requested and basic device information.

Cookies and browser storage

We use essential browser storage to remember tool state, checkout completion and whether you dismissed the cookie notice. This keeps the payment and download flow working without an account.

We do not use advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies or use similar technologies during checkout for fraud prevention, security and payment processing. Those are handled by Stripe under its own policies.

Terms

The tool helps you create a 35×45 mm Indian passport photo and print sheet, but it is not an official government service and is not affiliated with any passport authority. You are responsible for checking the final photo against the requirements for your application before using it.

Payment unlocks watermark-free downloads for the photo prepared in the tool. The service is provided for personal passport-photo preparation and must not be used for unlawful purposes.

Refunds

You can preview the result before paying. If payment succeeds but the download does not unlock or a technical issue prevents you from receiving the watermark-free files, contact us and include your checkout details or Stripe receipt reference. We will either help you recover the download or refund the payment.
